What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the details you give us about your request (for example product links, cargo details, origin and destination). We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To arrange sourcing, purchasing, shipping or customs coordination if you go ahead.
- To keep records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
We only contact you about your enquiry unless you separately agree to marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with people who help us fulfil your request, such as our sister brand in the Afridubz and Amin Express group, carriers, customs brokers, suppliers and delivery partners, and our technology providers (hosting, email and WhatsApp messaging). Customs and carriers may require your details to move a shipment. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in the UAE, in the destination country of your shipment and by service providers elsewhere. We take steps to protect it in line with applicable law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months. Order and shipment records are kept for the period required for tax, customs and legal claims.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by contacting the contact details on this website. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
